SELENA GOMEZ SUPPORTED JUSTIN BIEBER AND DREW AT ‘X FACTOR’ FINALE

So sweet! Selena Gomez was in the building to support her beau, Justin Bieber at his ‘X Factor‘ finale performance with Stevie Wonder and Drew Ryniewicz. Did America’s favorite Belieber get to meet Bieber’s boo?Unfortunately, not this time! Hollywood Life reports that Drew didn’t get to hang with Gomez, but that it may have been for the best — because the 14-year-old contestant may not have known how to handle it! “I didn’t meet Selena, I heard she was in the building while I was singing with Justin,” Drew told Hollywood Life about the Dec. 14th pre-taped performance. “I was like, ‘Awkward!’”

However, Drew said that the Biebs himself offered insight on her career and couldn’t have been nicer. “He gave me quite a bit of advice, he told me that I might not be the winner of the show that doesn’t mean I am not a winner,” she gushed. “He said that I would be going far and he was rooting for me! He saw my performances and he said I was beautiful,” Drew said. What a charmer!

Drew also admitted that she milked her performance for every minute, saying she even flubbed her lyrics just to spend more time with her idol. “Hmm, what’s the word … ‘Santa Claus is coming to Earth?’ Nope sorry, messed it up again. Let’s do it again! We need to do the hugging part again!”

While we’re pretty sure Ms. Gomez doesn’t have anything to worry about, we’ve got to hand it to Drew. The girl’s got game!

'X Factor' Finale: Drew Ryniewicz to Duet With Justin Bieber, Stevie Wonder

On the set list: two songs from Justin Bieber's platinum-selling "Under the Mistletoe" album.

X Factor fan favorite Drew Ryniewiczwill see her dream come true next week when she performs on the show’s finale with her idol Justin Bieber. On the set list: two songs from his Under the Mistletoe album, which was just certified platinum marking sales of more than 1 million copies, reported to be “The Christmas Song” and “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.” The performance was taped on Dec. 14 following the broadcast.
Stevie Wonder will also accompany the two, sources reveal to THR. On Saturday night, Bieber, along with Drake and Michael McDonald, is scheduled to appear at L.A.’s Nokia Theater for the 16th Annual Stevie Wonder House Full of Toys benefit concert.
Viewers may recall that 14-year-old Arizona native Drew auditioned for X Factor with her own unique spin on Bieber’s hit “Baby.” The performance was good enough to get her through to bootcamp.
Although she made it as far as week 6, Drew, who dropped her last name halfway through the competition, was sent home after failing to impress with “Listen to Your Heart,” a 'save me' performance even she said “sucked.” Her elimination resulted in Twitter wars and death threats aimed at judges Paula Abduland Nicole Scherzinger, who voted to send Drew home.
While traumatic for all, Drew felt a lot better the next morning when her favorite pop star tweeted a message of support her way and joined her ever-growing legion of followers (134,000 and counting). Bieber’s words: “keep yr head up. I lost my 1st competition too. this is just the beginning. never say never.”
Indeed, for Drew, never seems to be now.
The finale airs live from the X Factor studio on Dec. 21 and 22 on Fox.

Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber Set “X Factor” Date

Exclusive: Mariah Carey and Justin Bieber are set to perform on “X Factor.” Their December 15th performance will be of their new duet on Mariah’s classic hit, “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” Carey wrote the song and released it 17 years ago, in November 1994. (Wait! November 1994 wasseventeen years ago? OMG.) Since then, “All I Want” has become a Christmas perennial. This year she re-recorded it with Justin Bieber, who sings back up in his new low register. He isn’t Perry Como or even Steven Tyler, but the keeps up with Miss 8 Octaves and doesn’t do too badly. Carey has said she will make a number of appearances on “X Factor” this season, largely because it’s controlled by her record company, Universal Music. Also, her former and future label chief, L.A. Reid, a is a judge. This is complicated because her unofficial manager and music director Randy Jackson is a judge and mainstay of “American Idol.” At any rate, set your DVRs to see the newly slimmed down Mariah sex up Justin on live TV. Let’s hope there’s no wardrobe malfunction…
…I told you a while ago –exclusively– that “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson was funding a documentary on the West Memphis 3. This was despite the fact that Joe Berlinger, Bruce Sinofskyand their team have made three docs on the subject over the course of 15 years. Their latest, “Paradise Lost 3,” is on the short list for the Oscars. It should win, really. HBO will air it in January. But Jackson put up money for the WM3′s defense, so he figured he’d better get something out of it. He sent filmmaker Amy Berg to Arkansas, where she spread his money around to relatives of the WM3 and bought up their rights.
Now Jackson has announced that Damien Echols and his girlfriend, Lorrie Davis, are co-producers on the Berg film, and that it’s ready. They were hoping to get it into Sundance. But I think the Sundance people are too smart for that.  The Berlinger films are plenty, and tell the story sufficiently. It’s a shame that Jackson et al and Berg felt they had to barge in on a filmmaker’s long investment of energy, money and heart. I don’t understand why Jackson couldn’t have just supported Berlinger and co.
Note to Jackson and Echols: this column has not spoken to Berlinger or Sinofsky. But when the Jackson doc press release came out tonight, I had to say something. Real documentary filmmakers don’t purposely upset another’s work. And they certainly don’t go around a small town handing out cash so they can derail that other doc maker’s work. That’s a FAIL. Deliver us from greed and hubris.

Justin Bieber Snubs Rebecca Ferguson

REBECCA Ferguson has been blanked by Justin Bieber after trying to do a favour for her kid sister.

Rebecca’s 12-year-old sister Imani is a Belieber, so Rebecca tried to get Justin to follow Imani on Twitter.

The X Factor star, 28, told:

“I failed miserably. He didn’t respond. It would be nice to get Imani near him eventually.”

But the experience inspired the song Mr Bright Eyes on Rebecca’s album Heaven, out on Monday.

She blushed:

When I was a kid, Take That were my crush – I had posters everywhere.
“I love seeing Gary on X Factor.”

Burning "X Factor" questions: Why is Drew reduce her name, was a rock theme is too broadly defined and as Stacy Francis was upset?

Justin Bieber to perform on this weekend's X Factor UK

Justin Bieber to perform on this weekend's X Factor UK

Justin Bieber has revealed on Twitter that he will be performing on this weekend's X Factor.
The teen idol, who is promoting his Christmas album “Under the Mistletoe”, announced the news to his Twitter fans by writing:

“UK!!! X Factor this week. #Mistletoe”

Bieber performed on German X Factor on November 15 and is rumoured to also be lined up to sing on the season finale of the US X Factor on December 22.

He recently recorded an ITV special in London called “This Is Justin Bieber,” which is set to be shown next month.
During the show he dueted on a new and revamped version of “Drummer Boy” with Tinie Tempah.
Earlier this month, Mariah Yeater, 20, claimed that Justin was the father of her four month old son.
She said that Justin, 17, plucked her from the crowd at his concert in LA back in October 2010 and slept with her backstage.
Last week the singer described how he took a paternity test to prove that he is not the father.
Talking to David Letterman Justin calls Mariah a “weasel”.
He says: “I think I could smell a weasel a little bit.
“It’s pretty crazy how people make up false accusations. But I’m 17 – it’s gonna happen, being in the spotlight.”
Justin shrugged off the baby claims, saying: “People can say whatever.”
When asked if he had gone ahead and taken the paternity test, Justin said casually: “Yeah, I took it.”
And after being probed about whether he had to get naked, Justin said: “No! They just swab your mouth.”
