Justin Bieber Donates Whack of Dough to Make a Wish

Mr. Charity, Justin Bieber was at it again Dec. 22 as he again stepped forward and contributed to the lives of others. While back home in Canada he did a concert that aired Thursday night and donated $500,000 to the Children's Wish Foundation of Toronto.
Justin performed at Massey Hall in T.O. and the proceeds from that show were part of the gift he made to the foundation. The show that aired Thursday night, 'Justin Bieber: Home for the Holidays', included clips of him spending time with kids who have grave illnesses.
"It means the world to me to perform for you, more so here than anywhere else," he told his special audience. It was not even the first charity donation he's made in the recent past as he did a free concert at the Whitney school for underprivileged kids in Las Vegas last weekend; part of that concert included $100,000 worth of gifts.
Generosity and Justin Bieber
While he has made a ton of money over the past two years (Forbes magazine calculated he made some $53 million between May of 2010 and May of 2011) he is still giving away significant amounts to causes and to people who need help.
He's been recognized for it - most recently receiving an MTV Europe award for his charity work - and continues to contribute to many charities. He's given time and money to the 'Make a Wish Foundation' before, to Pencils for Promise,a charity that builds schools and provides educational tools around the world, and to a charity that helps provide clean water to parts of the planet that don't have it, to name a few.
Charitable Causes of Justin Bieber
Proceeds from his fragrance 'Someday' go to charity and he's auctioned off locks of hair, running shoes and his boa constrictor, named Johnson, for charitable causes. He's also contributed time and money to anti-bullying campaigns and to a campaign that gets the word out there that texting and driving is dangerous.
As he did in Toronto, wherever he does he regularly pays visits to sick wards for kids and other locations where young people in difficulty live.
