Selena Gomez isn't making any promises about her relationship with Justin Bieber, quite the opposite in fact.The 18-year-old songstress was photographed last week with her 16-year-old pop star "friend," but without a very important accessory -- her promise ring.Two years ago, the Disney starlet got her father to buy her the purity bling which signified her vow to abstain from sex until marriage."
